3. Intellectual Property

vr0cks retains all intellectual property rights to the Products. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Products, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

3.2 Your Content

You retain full ownership of any content, applications, or projects you create using our Products.

4. Payment and Delivery

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.

4.2 Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download the purchased Products. Delivery is considered complete when the download link is made available to you.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only available if the product is technically defective. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
