Digital Products Refund Policy
Important Notice
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are only available if the product is technically defective.
We understand this may seem strict, but digital products cannot be "returned" once downloaded. The complete source code is delivered immediately upon purchase, making it impossible to verify whether the product has been used or copied.
When Refunds ARE Granted
We will issue a full refund if:

3. Unauthorized Transactions

Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund:
1. Email info@vr0cks.com with subject line "Refund Request - [Order ID]"
2. Include your order ID and the email used for purchase
3. Describe the technical issue in detail
4. Provide screenshots, error logs, or other supporting evidence
5. Allow up to 7 business days for our team to investigate
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
