License Agreement

vr0cks Digital Product License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and vr0cks ("Licensor") for the use of digital products including but not limited to boilerplate code, templates, UI kits, and prompt collections ("Products").

License Grant

Upon purchase, vr0cks grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products under the following terms:

✅ What You CAN Do

Personal Use

• Use the Products for unlimited personal projects

• Learn from and study the code structure and patterns

• Modify and customize the Products for your own use

Commercial Use

• Use the Products for unlimited commercial projects

• Use the Products for client work and freelance projects

• Build and sell applications, SaaS products, or websites using the Products

• Use the Products in projects for companies you work for

Modification Rights

• Modify, adapt, and extend the Products

• Combine the Products with other code and libraries

• Remove or add features as needed for your projects

• Create derivative works for end products (not for resale as templates)

Team Use (Per-License)

• Each license is valid for ONE (1) individual developer

• Teams require one license per developer who accesses the source code

❌ What You CANNOT Do

Redistribution Prohibited

• You may NOT redistribute the Products in any form

• You may NOT share the Products with individuals who haven't purchased a license

• You may NOT upload the Products to public repositories (GitHub, GitLab, etc.)

• You may NOT include the Products in open-source projects

Resale Prohibited

• You may NOT resell the Products as your own product

• You may NOT sell the Products on marketplaces (ThemeForest, Creative Market, Gumroad, etc.)

• You may NOT offer the Products as part of a competing boilerplate or template business

• You may NOT create a "template" or "starter kit" product using our Products

Sublicensing Prohibited

• You may NOT sublicense, lease, or rent the Products to third parties

• You may NOT offer the Products as part of a SaaS that provides code/templates to users

• You may NOT include the Products in website builders or no-code platforms for others to use

License Type Clarification

This Is a Single-Use License

• The Products are licensed, not sold

• You are purchasing the right to USE the Products, not ownership of the intellectual property

• vr0cks retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights

End Product Definition

An "End Product" is a customized implementation of the Products that is substantially different and provides unique value. Examples include:

• A SaaS application built using our boilerplate

• A client website created using our templates

• A mobile app that incorporates our code

An End Product does NOT include:

• The Products with minor modifications sold as templates

• A collection that includes our Products for others to build upon

• A competing boilerplate or starter kit product

Warranty Disclaimer

THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VRACKS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Liability Limitation

IN NO EVENT SHALL VR0CKS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS.

License Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Products in your possession.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
